Ingredients:

Thandai Syrup - 2 Tbsp
Pistachio (whole)  -  As Required 
Rasgulla  - 15 No.
Full Cream Milk - 1 Cup
Almond  -  As Required 
Dried Rose Petals  -  As Required 
Saffron  -  As Required 

Preparation:

Boil the full cream milk in a pan and let it cool completely.

Squeeze the water from the mini rasgullas.

Add the thandai syrup to the cooled milk and mix well.

Transfer the prepared thandai milk to a bowl and add the squeezed mini rasgullas.

Garnish with blanched and chopped almonds, whole pistachios, saffron, and a few dried rose petals.


Chill before serving.
